Hands-on training for your engineering and maintenance personnel.
TransLogic offers four-day classes for pneumatic tube systems at our state-of-the-art training facility in Broomfield, Colorado.
Students thoroughly examine a tube system, learning how to operate and maintain the major components that make up a system similar to their own. All tube system courses focus on these areas:
- System overview, components and documentation
- Equipment theory of operation (electrical and mechanical)
- Maintenance procedures and schedules
- Troubleshooting common problems and repair
- Hands-on practical exercises
Our training program provides value by enhancing the skills of maintenance personnel to ensure the long-term performance of a system, quickly resolve user errors, minimize costs associated with service calls, and prevent system downtime.
Classes currently offered are:
- TransLogic Pneumatic Tube Systems - this class covers standard pressure/vacuum systems, including blowers, transfer units, stations, and the control center software. [syllabus]
- Xpress Systems - this class covers Traffic Control Units (TCU), Multi-linear Transfer Units (MTU), Xpress stations, and associated equipment. [syllabus]
Note: students should have knowledge of standard pressure/vacuum systems before attending Xpress Systems training, as the full schedule for this class does not permit coverage of prerequisite information.
Download our training brochure for more information.
NOTE: Classes begin at 8:00a and end at 5:00p on Monday through Thursday of the week scheduled, with an optional half-day Friday to cover a module on Nexus stations.
